You are cute to try and only pretend it works on the Scrambler rifle to get it nerfed. Next time more subtle, less bias. Unless your goal is to get a fix for Turbo controllers/ Modded controllers,,,then just give up now. That battle is 3 years old, as I am sure you are aware.

Or you could use a modded controller to make it fire FASTER!!!

The only ones that are kind of absurd in that list are the Sniper Rifle and the Laser Rifle, because the Sniper Rifle requires time to aim that a modded controller doesn't provide, and the Laser Rifle because it needs to hold fire to heat up to do any noticeable damage.

This reminded me of how the CR will fire automatically if you hold down the trigger. It fires at about 60 RPM from the hip and 180 RPM in ADS. Not many people know that about the CR.
